On the occasion of the current exhibition at Mitte Museum “Wer wir sind und was wir tun – mitten im Museum” Seiichi Furuya will be joining us for a conversation with art critic and editor of art magazine “von hundert” Barbara Buchmaier and curator Susanne Weiss. The conversation will focus on the period when Seiichi Furuya lived in the GDR and the role that photography plays in visualizing and organizing memory. The talk will be held in German.
